Customer Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Preparing customer quotes
• Maintaining and updating databases
• Consistently delivering exceptional customer service
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Conducting customer review calls
• Fulfilling other tasks assigned by the company

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales or operations experience in a 3PL freight forwarding environment
• Experience in ocean, air, ground, brokerage, or warehousing (asset)
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (asset)
• Knowledge of current air and ocean service offerings for transatlantic shipments to the United States (asset)
