About the role
Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for overall relationship management of accounts over $30Mn portfolio. Building strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction by acting as the main point of contact, resolving issues, understanding needs, and identifying new opportunities to boost loyalty and footprints across the portfolio.
Work model
Onsite - 4 days a week.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong experience of working in Technology sector with over $30 Mn budget
- 10+ Years of experience in Customer Management roles
- Should have strong experience of working with SaaS companies or SaaS platforms.
- Graduate/Post Graduate Qualification
- Strong track record of managing programs and portfolio
- Demonstrated portfolio growth with improved profitability
Key Competencies
- Understanding of latest Technology Domains and GenAI/ML (will be added advantage)
Pay
The annual base salary for this position is between $150,000 - $160,000. The specific salary is dependent on experience and other qualifications.
