Customer Relations - Sales (No. Orange County)

Auro Wellness and Auro Skincare is seeking a self-motivated, forward-thinking Customer Relations and Sales professional to join our start-up team in La Habra, California. This is a part-time, partially remote role with flexible hours and work locations.

About the Role

This position is the foundation for building a long-lasting sales and customer relations department. You will play a key role in shaping the customer experience and driving growth in a dynamic start-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build relationships with wholesale accounts.
• Educate customers on products and services.
• Proactively manage accounts with timely follow-ups.
• Analyze customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts and identify potential customers.
• Enter order information into the company database.
• Answer customer questions regarding accounts or sales products.
• Collaborate with marketing, research/design, and financing teams to optimize sales.
• Handle in-person, inbound, and outbound communications, including payment transactions and call direction.
• Compose messages and assist Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams.
• Work with the marketing and production teams to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Above-average communication skills (listening, speaking, written).
• Consistent, accurate, and timely data entry (Google Suite, Windows, Microsoft Office).
• Professional customer-facing appearance and a "Customer is always right" attitude.
• Ability to maintain open lines of communication and proactive workflow.
• Demonstrated ethics, integrity, honesty, attention to detail, attendance, and punctuality.
• Aptitude and willingness for continuous learning, team building, and business development.
• Initiative to proactively improve company efficiency.
• Ability to work variable hours within the general operating schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.
