CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE - STATE FARM AGENT TEAM MEMBER
About the role
I’ve been in business for 11 years and currently lead a team of 12 dedicated professionals who bring positive energy and purpose into everything we do. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance along with an MBA, and that background helps guide the thoughtful, strategic approach we take when serving our customers and growing our team.
Community involvement is a major priority for our agency — I serve as a Director for the Pasadena ISD Education Foundation and chair its Finance Committee, and I’m an active member of the South Belt–Ellington Chamber of Commerce. We also support our local fire department each year with fire prevention kits and participate in annual community events like National Night Out, Trunk or Treat, and Winter Wonderland.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Affiliate with customer retention strategies.
- Cook up with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Pay
$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
