Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate customer service regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients on insurance products.
- Collaborate with the agent to meet marketing and sales goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market suitable products and services.
- Build business referral relationships and prospect new sales opportunities.
- Provide timely reports and stay current on product and licensing updates.
Requirements
- General Lines Property & Casualty license MUST HAVE.
- Life & Health license COUNT BE OBTAINED.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable presenting to customers.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Willingness to learn and be coachable.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Pride in getting work done accurately and timely.
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Typing speed (like 40-60 WPM).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

$41,600.00 - $80,000.00 per year
