About the role

I opened my agency in 1997 and today lead a team of seven dedicated professionals. Our team brings a wide range of experience, from new team members to those who have been with us for more than a decade. We take pride in providing exceptional customer service while creating a supportive environment where people can build long-term careers. Giving back to our community is an important part of who we are. Each year, we host a Back-to-School BBQ where we invite our customers and neighbors to enjoy lunch with us while providing free school supplies to local students and families.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Affiliate with customer retention strategies.
• Cook with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
