Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Manage customer communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Track and report on customer relations metrics to support continuous improvement.

- Self Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and handle customer needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer relations or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with customer management software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
