Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer relations strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and other departments to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Train and support staff on best practices for customer service and relationship management.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommend improvements.
- Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving approach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Customer Relations Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.
