Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their total satisfaction and addressing inquiries in a timely manner.
- Engage with clients and associates with professionalism and courtesy to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Educate clients on business concepts, investment options, insurance protection, retirement plans, savings, and estate planning.
- Develop and tailor financial plans, guiding clients through strategies for budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen.
- Background check clearance is required.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and expertise in managing customer relationships.
- Obtain a Life Producer license within the first 2 weeks of employment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and basic reporting.
- Ability to interpret account health metrics and summarize them concisely.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, leadership, or management roles is preferred.
- Backgrounds in education, coaching, military, or as elite athletes are a plus.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and a genuine desire to help others grow.
- Advanced negotiation skills or technical troubleshooting abilities are beneficial.
