Daily Responsibilities

- Utilize CRM systems for effective customer relationship management and reporting.
- Maintain high standards of customer service without the need for cold calling or door knocking.
Key Performance Objectives (OKRs)
- Deliver a satisfaction rate of 90% in customer feedback surveys.
- Achieve a monthly customer retention rate of 95%.
- Identify and action two new sales opportunities per quarter to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure CRM data is 100% up-to-date to facilitate prompt communication and service delivery.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Customer satisfaction score in monthly surveys.
- Customer retention rates and upsell percentages.
- CRM accuracy and data completeness.
- Response time for customer queries and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Life Producer license within two weeks of employment.
