Daily Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of customer service without the need for cold calling or door knocking.

Key Performance Objectives (OKRs)

  • Deliver a satisfaction rate of 90% in customer feedback surveys.
  • Achieve a monthly customer retention rate of 95%.
  • Identify and action two new sales opportunities per quarter to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure CRM data is 100% up-to-date to facilitate prompt communication and service delivery.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Customer satisfaction score in monthly surveys.
  • Customer retention rates and upsell percentages.
  • CRM accuracy and data completeness.
  • Response time for customer queries and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Life Producer license within two weeks of employment.
