Customer Relations Associate Daily Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key contact for clients, ensuring their total satisfaction.
  • Interact with clients and associates, providing timely, professional, and courteous support.
  • Aid clients in understanding our financial products and services, including investment, savings, and retirement planning.
  • Develop customized solutions for client needs and ensure successful implementation and follow-through.
  • Support the sales team by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • NO Cold Calling, NO Door Knocking

Requirements of the Customer Relations Associate Role

  • 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic reporting.
  • Ability to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Additional Qualifications

  • Backgrounds in customer service, education, leadership, or coaching are preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated individuals with a passion for helping people will excel in this role.
  • Experience in financial services or a related field is an asset but not required.
