Customer Relations Associate
Position Overview
A Customer Relations associate works in the Service Business Development Center (BDC). They are responsible for answering incoming calls, building customer relationships, and scheduling Service Department appointments. The role of a Customer Relations associate is vital in the Service Business Development Center (BDC). Their primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls promptly and addressing customer needs with the utmost care. They are the first point of contact for customers and play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring timely service and getting vehicles back on the road as quickly as possible.

What You'll Do
- Promptly answer all incoming Service Department phone calls and emails.
- Contact current and former service customers to confirm and schedule appointments.
- Effectively communicate with internet customers using their preferred method of communication.
- Maintain accurate data in the customer database.
- Schedule service appointments at the earliest available time slots.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
