About the role
The Customer Quality Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that products meet customer quality standards, coordinating quality control activities, and leading the quality team to maintain compliance with company and industry requirements. This role ensures continuous improvement, effective communication, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or related field
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in French and English
Qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems
- Experience with quality control tools and techniques
- Understanding of automotive manufacturing processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
