About the role
The Customer Service Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives in a retail environment. This position oversees daily operations, ensures customer satisfaction, and supports team members in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, training, and performance management of the customer service team.
- Ensure all customer interactions are positive and meet high standards of service.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Support team members in achieving sales targets through coaching and mentoring.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or retail management role.
- Proven ability to manage teams and motivate employees.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
