Customer Quality Systems Specialist

About The Job

The Customer Quality Systems Specialist will handle customer quality requests and ensure complete, accurate information is provided. This role involves interpreting technical and quality documents related to the food and pharma industry.

• Provide customers with requested documentation through internal systems and customer portals.
• Manage requests from Quality mailbox.
• Ensure requests are processed in a timely manner.
• Manage and organize corporate statements, including the routine review and development of new statements.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to prepare new statements to support customer or regulatory requirements.
• Manage the Hawkins TraceGains Gather site to provide updated information to customers.
• Maintain Kosher and Halal Programs certifications for Hawkins facilities.
• Facilitate nonconformance processes, root cause analysis, and investigations.
• Identify areas of opportunity and assist with the development and improvement of the quality management system.
• Perform other miscellaneous related duties, as needed.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of experience working in a regulated environment (ISO, GFSI, cGMP, etc.).
• PREFERRED: Experience with inspections, audits, root cause analysis tools, CAPA, nonconformance, and product complaint investigations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft applications - Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Problem-solving, trouble-shooting, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all disciplines and levels within facilities and corporate.

Expected Compensation
