About the role
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Customer scorecards owned, analyzed, and improved through defined action plans
- Successful completion of external audits (IATF, customer, TISAX, ISO-related); Internal quality system compliance maintained and continuously improved; Audit findings addressed with effective corrective actions and verified closure
- Take ownership of assigned OEM customer scorecards and serve as primary quality contact; Provide oversight for development and maintenance of the Quality Management System; Ensure plant compliance with IATF16949 / ISO9001, Autoliv policies, and Customer Specific Requirements
- Plan, execute, and report internal and external audits; review activities and action plans with plant leadership; Analyze audit results and define audit and improvement priorities
- Lead and participate in problem-solving teams related to audit and customer findings
- Ensure correct distribution, understanding, and use of current standards and procedures
- Maintain and improve common quality systems and databases (CAPA, audits, documents, GoSeeFix, etc.); Develop and maintain Management Manual and audit checklists
- Provide training and support on Quality Systems and standards

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Quality system auditing (internal and external)
- Working effectively with cross-functional teams; Manufacturing environment knowledge
- Problem solving and corrective action methodologies (8D, PFMEA)
- Customer-facing communication; Auditing experience, working with a cross functional team, Manufacturing
- Internal or Lead Auditor certification (IATF16949, ISO9001) preferred
- Other auditing certifications considered a plus
- Willingness to travel for customer or audit support as needed
- Flexibility to support off-shift or off-hours customer demands when required
