Responsibilities
- Drive continuous quality improvements by leveraging customer feedback on both production and qualification materials
- Schedule and host customer audits, particularly for automotive customers. Oversee the integrity of Certificates of Analysis (COA) and ensure ongoing compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs)
- Oversee and provide guidance for Product Change Notifications (PCNs) and Product Change Information Note (PCIs), managing them through to customer approval
- Implement and oversee processes required to assess and improve Manufacturing Readiness maturity, including internal Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) requirements
- Oversee the end-to-end Customer RMA process, including logistics, root cause investigation, and documentation. Review RMA requests, initiate Halo Issue Resolution (HIR) processes, and ensure findings are communicated to internal teams and management
- Track customer-initiated nonconformance reports, communicate findings, and report on corrective actions to upper management
Requirements
- B.S. in an Engineering discipline
- 5+ years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in a high-volume semiconductor or automotive manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience with Quality Management System standards, specifically ISO9001 and IATF 16949
- Deep familiarity with standard quality tools, including MSAs, DOE, FMEAs, 5 Whys, 8D, and SPC
- Proficient with data analysis and statistical software (e.g., JMP, Minitab)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement

Pay
$130,000 - 145,000 Base Salary
