About the role
The Customer Programs Manager will oversee the development and execution of customer programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer programs that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer programs with broader business objectives.
- Manage the lifecycle of customer programs, from planning to execution and evaluation.
- Monitor program performance and make adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clear understanding and support for customer programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations related to customer programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple customer programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with AI tools for data analysis and decision-making is a plus.
