About the role

The Customer Programs Manager will oversee the development and execution of customer programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer programs that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer programs with broader business objectives.
  • Manage the lifecycle of customer programs, from planning to execution and evaluation.
  • Monitor program performance and make adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clear understanding and support for customer programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations related to customer programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple customer programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with AI tools for data analysis and decision-making is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer relationship management best practices.
  • Experience with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
