Customer Program Manager

We are looking for a Customer Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for key customer accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of Gogo connectivity solutions and driving overall customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

About the role

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of customer programs, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.
• Act as the primary liaison between the customer and internal Gogo teams (including Engineering, Sales, Product, and Support) to coordinate resources and resolve complex issues.
• Track and report on program status, milestones, and KPIs; lead regular status meetings and business reviews with internal stakeholders and external customer leadership.
• Proactively identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure their business needs are continuously met by Gogo’s evolving ecosystem of hardware and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, aviation, engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of proven experience in program management, project management, or customer success.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-phased technical projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to executive-level audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the aerospace, telecommunications, or in-flight connectivity (IFC) industries.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or similar credential.

Pay

Base Pay: $92,000.00 - $115,000.00 USD annual. Eligible for a target annual short-term incentive bonus of 5% of annualized base pay and participation in the Incentive Stock Program.
