About the Role
We are looking for a detail-driven Customer Operations Analyst to manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment. This role plays a critical part in our day-to-day operations by ensuring orders are entered correctly, communicated clearly, and delivered on time. You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Shipping, and Logistics teams while serving as a key point of contact for customers.
What You’ll Do
- Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP system
- Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, availability, and ship dates
- Respond to customer questions and provide timely updates on order status or delays
- Cook up with sales, operations, warehouse, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure smooth fulfillment
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, backorders, and special requests
- Generate order confirmations and required customer documentation
- Help improve order entry and fulfillment processes over time
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail and high-accuracy data entry skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working under pressure
- College degree and 3+ years of customer service or order management experience
Preferred Experience
- Comfort using AI tools to automate routine tasks, improve data accuracy, and support faster, more effective decision-making
- High-volume order entry in ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.)
- Working with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve shipment or inventory issues
- Creating order confirmations, BOLs, and shipping documentation
