About the role

In this role, you will make a direct impact on customer success by ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience from implementation through training. By building strong client relationships, providing proactive support, and managing details effectively, you will help customers quickly realize value, drive adoption, and set the foundation for long-term satisfaction and retention.

This role is critical to creating a positive first impression and setting our customers up for long-term success. The Customer Onboarding Specialist partners with new clients throughout implementation and training, ensuring a smooth transition and strong adoption from day one. Success in this role comes from building trusted relationships, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and helping customers quickly realize the value of our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high volume of orders and engage clients through email and phone calls to gather all necessary setup information.
  • Schedule Workbook calls with clients to obtain needed information to complete the setup workbook.
  • Move an order from initial setup through all the necessary steps to successfully complete setups in a timely manner.
  • Document all calls, emails, and setup details in our CRM.
  • Complete checklist to ensure setups are done with the highest quality in mind.
  • Escalate issues to 3rd party partners in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in B2B customer success, professional services, or account management.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills.
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Sugar CRM (or equivalent) CRM platform(s).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in the automotive space.
  • Understanding of dealership technology systems (eLead, DealerSocket, DealerTrack, vAuto, Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, etc).

Pay

This position has a starting salary range of $60,000 – $65,000 USD per year. This is the range we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting. An employee’s pay within the range is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, education, qualifications, experience, performance, business or organizational needs, and geographic location.
