Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff through go-live
- Configure the software to meet customer requirements, including integrations, workflows, and user settings
- Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, and milestones
- Cook up and manage requirements gathering sessions with customer stakeholders
- Deliver live and recorded training sessions for customer teams
- Ensure customers understand product capabilities and how to use them effectively
- Identify opportunities to improve customer workflows and drive deeper product adoption
- Help define and improve implementation processes, templates, and tools
Requirements
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Prior experience working in a customer-facing role preferred
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
- An analytical and process-oriented mindset
- A strong understanding of software systems, workflows, and integrations (APIs, SSO, data imports a plus)
- An active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
- Must pass a drug test and background check, to the extent permitted by law
- Must be able to work at our Salt Lake City HQ at least 3x/week
