Customer Marketing Manager
About the role
In the role of Customer Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Shopper & Customer Marketing team. You will work to execute the Molson Coors marketing strategy with retail partners at our key on premise national accounts. This position reports to the Sr. Manager Customer Marketing and works closely with Molson Coors sales teams, distributor partners, internal brand and retail partners.
Responsibilities
- Build our portfolio of brands to grow our brands and elevate the beverage category at our largest accounts.
- Key account coverage for this role includes retailers in Dollar, Drug, and Mass/Club channels (including Target).
- Deliver against key retailer volume and financial goals annually, as well as demonstrate strategic ability to meet long-term plan targets.
- Brew strong customer relationships with retail partners and internal national & chain sales teams, providing thought leadership on industry and activation.
- Lead ground-up program development for key customers that is rooted in shopper insights and addresses retailer & shopper needs.
- Execute with excellence along the shopper journey, including pre-shop digital and retail media planning & deployment through to in-store display activation.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of our plans and to identify opportunities that enable us to be first choice for our customers and consumers and deliver on our channel strategies.
Requirements
- You have a bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing or a related field OR equivalent (5+ years) progressive experience in the field of sales or marketing.
- You have experience directly working in the alc bev category and/or on dollar, drug or club (+Target) customers is a plus!
- You have experience collaborating with sales teams on implementing retail-based shopper programs and you have ability to build empathy with shoppers to reach them in the occasions they seek.
- You love a challenge – you complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
- You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
- You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
- You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow.

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $109,100.00 - $143,200.00
Benefits: 15 days vacation, 10 paid holidays, 4 personal floating holidays, and 64 hours of sick time.
