About the role

The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. This role focuses on leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within the assigned functional area.

Responsibilities

  • Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
  • Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
  • Health and Safety Management
  • State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related industry
  • One or more years of direct supervisory or leadership experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) – advanced level required
  • Advanced logistics industry knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations
  • Intermediate fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components
  • Advanced knowledge of Manufacturing and Production

Pay

Salaried position with a pay range of $72,000 – $75,000 annually. Eligible for annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on role level and type.
