About the role
The Manager Customer Logistics oversees day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of operations and account management. This role focuses on leadership of direct reports and attainment of daily operational goals within the assigned functional area.
Responsibilities
- Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
- Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
- Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
- Health and Safety Management
- State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Advanced knowledge and understanding of customer/company local and federal regulations
- Intermediate fundamental knowledge of supply chain management components
- Advanced strong knowledge of manufacturing and production
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
- Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related industry
- One or more years of direct supervisory/leadership experience

Pay
Salaried position with a pay range of $65,000 to $70,000 annually. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on level and/or type.
