About the role

The Manager Customer Logistics oversees the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, leading all aspects of Operations and Account Management. This includes managing direct reports, achieving daily operational goals, staffing performance management, and employee development.

Responsibilities

  • Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
  • Health and Safety Management
  • State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
  • Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
  • One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required
  • Advanced knowledge of Logistics industry
  • Advanced knowledge of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations
  • Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components
  • Advanced knowledge of Manufacturing and Production
