About the Role

The Manager Customer Logistics oversees daily operations within a designated function, ensuring efficient management of operations and account responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service expectations and satisfaction
• Lead and develop staff, including exempt and non-exempt employees
• Plan and schedule daily activities
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Maintain adherence to state, local, and federal regulations
• Support crisis management and off-shift operations when needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s in Business or Logistics preferred
• Minimum two years of relevant industry experience and one year of leadership experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics industry knowledge
• Understanding of supply chain components and manufacturing processes
