About the role

The Manager Customer Logistics oversees day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of operations and account management. This role focuses on leadership of direct reports and attainment of daily operational goals within the assigned functional area.

Responsibilities

  • Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
  • Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
  • Health and safety management
  • State, local, and federal regulations compliance
  • Off-shift support in the event of critical customer network disruption or crisis
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related industry required
  • One or more years of direct supervisory or leadership experience required

Pay

Salaried position with a pay range of $60,000 to $70,000. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on level and type.
