The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. This role focuses on leadership of direct reports and the attainment of daily operational goals within the assigned functional area. Responsibilities

  • Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
  • Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
  • Health and Safety Management
  • State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
  • Two (2) or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related industry required
  • One (1) or more years of direct supervisory/leadership experience required

Pay

Salaried position with a minimum pay range of $65K and a maximum pay range of $75K. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on level and/or type.
