About the role

The Customer Logistics Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management in our Dedicated Transportation Solutions business vertical. This role focuses on leadership of direct reports and the attainment of daily operational goals. Responsibilities

  • Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
  • Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
  • Health and Safety Management
  • State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
  • Two (2) or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related industry required
  • One (1) or more years of direct supervisory/leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) required; advanced skills preferred
  • Advanced logistics industry knowledge required
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Supply Chain Management components required
  • Advanced knowledge of Manufacturing and Production required

Pay

Salaried position with a pay range between $80,000 and $85,000. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on level and/or type.
