This role focuses on analyzing customer behavior, identifying trends, and helping teams improve engagement, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer behavior, engagement, and conversion data
- Build dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve customer outcomes
- Work with product, marketing, and analytics teams
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Support data-driven decision-making across business teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, customer insights, or related roles
- Required Skills:
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel, or data analysis tools
- Experience with dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Clear communication and ability to explain insights
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with customer analytics, funnels, or retention metrics
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, marketing, or data-driven environments
- Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation, or growth analytics
