Customer Growth Representative

Shift: Full Time, Monday – Friday, early morning start. Route covers Orange and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

• Sell and execute promotions, secure placement of equipment, and use point-of-sale (POS) materials to grow sales.
• Transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels.
• Restock and build displays, sections, and racks, keeping them aligned with labels facing outward.
• Rotate products to ensure stores follow a first-in-first-out stocking system within retail accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts to drive incremental displays and increase sales volume.
• Maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day.
• Support the team as a retail sales representative, conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
• Reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.

Pay

Hourly pay rate: $26.36 plus sales incentives. This role may also participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to program rules.
