Customer For Life Advocate I
About the role
Fluidra is seeking a Customer For Life Advocate to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. This role focuses on providing customer support to distributors and dealers for various inquiries, including order processing, shipment tracking, error resolution, and credit and rebill processing.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service via email and telephone.
- Process sales, demo, and accommodation orders, as well as track shipments.
- Resolve shipment errors, including product shortages and overages.
- Process customer product returns, including overstock and freight damage claims.
- Assist with processing credit and rebill for terms and pricing discrepancies.
- Serve as a backup Customer For Life Advocate when necessary.
- Process whole goods warranty credit and replacements for wholesale distributor customers as needed.
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience delivering customer service with a positive attitude and cheerful disposition.
- Ability to type 50 WPM.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong ability to follow instructions while also using common sense and personal judgment to assess customer claims.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
