Customer Experience Supervisor
Job Duties
- Aid customers in scheduling service appointments.
- Inform clients about the status of their vehicles undergoing service.
- Create and close work orders promptly.
- Research vehicle recalls, services, and repair information from manufacturer websites.
- Sell necessary vehicle maintenance and repairs in an honest, ethical, courteous, and professional manner.
Work Experience And Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a heavy-duty dealership or diesel service environment.
- Thorough understanding of dealer business systems, such as ADP Dealer System.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer and software skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
