Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services
  • Train new team members on customer service best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Customer Service, or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software

Qualifications

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
