Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services
  • Train and support new team members in customer service best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications
