The Customer Experience Specialist focuses on professional remote customer communication, accurate case documentation, timely issue resolution, and appropriate escalation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer or client questions through approved remote communication channels.
• Document interactions accurately and track requests through resolution or appropriate escalation.
• Provide clear information about services, processes, account status, or next steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams when a request requires additional review or specialized support.
• Maintain professional service standards while protecting confidential customer information.
