The Customer Experience Specialist

Flexible schedules - shifts are 4-5 hours; easy to schedule around school or other jobs. Shifts typically run on weeknights from 3-7 pm and on weekends during the morning and early afternoon hours.

Your Typical Responsibilities

  • Setting up and breaking down the pool deck area before and after each shift.
  • Checking water chemistry and temperature prior to swim lessons.
  • Welcomeing students and parents/guardians to the pool deck area.
  • Answering customers' questions about their account, their child’s progress, or about the program.
  • Aiding swim instructors and managers when needed during swim lessons.
  • Posting media content and monitoring social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • A responsible and professional demeanor.
  • One (1) year of customer service experience.
  • Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification(s), may be obtained during training.

Qualifications

  • Experience with children or in a child-focused job is helpful but not required.
  • Passion for promoting water safety and a lifelong love of the water.
