Pay

Paid training at $20.00 per hour. Starting pay after training is $21.00‑$22.00 per hour. Performance bonuses provide a total earning potential of $27.00‑$35.00+ per hour.

About the role

Alpine Specialty Services is seeking Customer Experience Representatives who turn great conversations into lasting customer relationships. As the friendly voice customers rely on for help, questions, or scheduling service, you will help maintain the company’s 57‑year reputation for outstanding service and a commitment to doing what’s right.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to service inquiries.
• Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Educate customers on available services and solutions.
• Build rapport and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain detailed customer records and appointment information.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value through consultative conversations.

Qualifications

• Enjoys helping others and communicates clearly.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Organized, dependable, and able to balance multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Experience in customer service, scheduling, hospitality, retail, inside sales, call‑center operations, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication abilities.
