About the role
This is an active, on-your-feet role — you’ll move around the facility, support families face-to-face, and help keep our lobby organized and running smoothly. This is not a sit-down receptionist or call-center position. Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist families in person and over the phone.
- Register new customers, schedule lessons, process payments, and manage accounts.
- Communicate clearly and help families choose the right lesson packages.
- Listen with empathy and find creative solutions to meet families’ needs.
- Enjoy interacting with children and families in a lively, fast-paced environment.
- Help maintain a clean and safe lobby by wiping down surfaces, keeping floors dry, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Work as part of a supportive team to reach registration and retention goals.
Requirements
- At least 17 years old with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; strong verbal communication and computer skills.
- Proficient typing (40+ WPM) and comfort with basic POS systems.
- Weekend availability required.
