Job Description

The Customer Experience Data Specialist improves customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by gathering and analyzing customer interaction data to deliver actionable insights, while also supporting business services center (BSC) operations.

Work Location: Kennesaw, GA
On-site requirement: First 90 days on-site for onboarding; transitioning to a hybrid schedule (Monday–Wednesday on-site) thereafter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Collect, clean, and analyze datasets (CRM, surveys, call logs) and build dynamic dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Insights & Strategy: Spot trends and root causes of customer pain points, turning complex data into clear recommendations for cross-functional teams.
  • Financial & Accounts Operations (BSC Support): Setting Up Accounts: Onboard and maintain new customer/client account profiles within internal business systems (ERP/CRM).
  • Financial Adjustments: Process and manage credit memos and write-offs in alignment with financial policies.
  • Collaboration & Governance: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT on strategy while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and privacy compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role, preferably within a customer experience context.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI for building dynamic reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (such as SAP).
  • Familiarity with qualitative data analysis techniques.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
