Responsibilities
- Works closely with customers and discusses our discounts.
- Solves issues about any of our discounts or programs.
- Reaches out to customers and sets appointments.
- Cross-sells to our customers with regards to the Multi-Line discount.
- Handles incoming calls and answers any questions.
- Collects payments and makes policy changes.
- Sets up bill accounts and works on other simple billing requests.
- Submits claims paperwork that is requested by the claim’s representatives.
- Provides proof of insurance documents that are requested by clients.
- May assist with INFB Health Plans.
- Handles any additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements for Success
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 3 years of customer service experience, insurance experience preferred.
- Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within a year.
- Work with a variety of audiences.
- Show strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Show strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Interact professionally with our internal and external clients.
- Be proficient in using Android and Apple phones.
- Show patience and understanding in guiding customers through technology.
