Customer Experience Associate - Greenwood

Responsibilities

• Works closely with customers and discusses discounts
• Resolves issues about discounts or programs
• Reaches out to customers and sets appointments
• Cross-sells to customers regarding the Multi-Line discount
• Handles incoming calls and answers questions
• Collects payments and makes policy changes
• Sets up bill accounts and works on other simple billing requests
• Submits claims paperwork requested by claims representatives
• Provides proof of insurance documents requested by clients
• May assist with INFB Health Plans
• Performs any additional duties assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 3 years of customer service experience; insurance experience preferred
• Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain within a year
• Working knowledge of Farm Bureau discounts and programs or ability to learn quickly
• Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients
• Proficient in using Android and Apple phones
• Patience and understanding in guiding customers through technology
