Duration & Schedule

Long‑term internship (May 31 2027 – April 28 2028). Full‑time until mid‑August, then part‑time up to 20 hours per week during the school year.

About the role

The Customer Experience and Events Intern works closely with food and beverage customers, supporting their innovation processes and helping design and host engaging innovation sessions. The internship provides hands‑on experience in customer engagement, event coordination, data analysis, and presentation development within Tetra Pak’s Customer Innovation Center.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of hands‑on customer experience activities conducted on‑site.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance innovation sessions and create memorable customer interactions.
• Track, organize, and maintain inventories of marketing collateral, branded merchandise, giveaways, and product samples used during customer engagements.
• Assist with data analysis and development of presentation materials for innovation workshops.
• Collaborate with a close‑knit team to showcase new ideas, technologies, and solutions for the food and beverage industry.

Qualifications

• Suggested majors: Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Hospitality, Design.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• High team orientation, proactive and self‑starter mentality.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute.
• Availability to work onsite 8 hours a day (40 hours/week) during the summer; up to 20 hours/week during the school year.
• Graduation must be after the internship end date (April 2028).
