Internship Program
The Tetra Pak Internship Program is your pass to the professional world, offering you hands-on experience and valuable networking opportunities. You will experience real situations in the corporate world and develop on a personal and professional level. Upon joining our team, you will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare you to put your full potential into action.
We are offering two (2) different internships focused on Customer experience and Marketing based in Denton, TX.
Customer Experience and Events Intern
Duration: Long-term (May 31, 2027 - April 28, 2028) – Full-time until mid-August, then part-time max. 20 hours/week
As our Customer Experience and Events Intern, you will work closely with our food and beverage customers on a daily base and help support their innovation processes.
Main Activities:
- Event planning and execution
- Supporting innovation sessions
- Increasing customer experience in business meetings
Suggested majors: Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Hospitality, Design

Communication Intern
Duration: Summer (May 31, 2027 - August 13, 2027) – Full-time
As our Communication Intern, you will work closely with our food and beverage customers on a daily base and help support their innovation processes.
Main Activities:
- Event Management: Assist with planning and supporting local and internal events.
- Website Management: Help update website content, improve SEO, and create landing pages.
- Content Creation: Develop marketing materials, including fact sheets, emails, and social media posts.
Suggested majors: Communications, Marketing, Journalism, General Business, English, Public Relations, Advertising

Qualifications
- Suggested majors: Communications, Marketing, Journalism, General Business, English, Public Relations, Advertising, Hospitality

- Availability of working onsite for 8 hours a day (40 hours/week) during the summer (part-time up to 20 hours/week during the school year)
- Graduation must be after the internship has ended
Pay
Salary Range: $22-$25 / hour
Schedule
