Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical assistance to customers
- Troubleshoot and repair desktops and laptops
- Perform software re-imaging
- Ensure systems are fully functional and secure
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Work collaboratively within a team
- Maintain a professional presence at client locations
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- A+ Certification preferred
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop hardware
- Experience with re-imaging software (SCCM experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
- Must display the “ACE” factor (Attitude, Compassion, Enthusiasm)
Pay
$45,000 - $60,000 annually
