Customer Engagement Strategist

For our client, we are seeking a Customer Engagement Strategist to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $108,400 – $180,600 annually Responsibilities Drive behavior change by identifying and scaling customer engagement strategies Define data-driven engagement strategies including target populations and success metrics Design and map customer journeys across all touchpoints Lead A/B/n experimentation, including test briefs and measurement plans Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns from concept to launch Build relationships with partners to align strategies and overcome obstacles Apply insights to improve campaigns and inform future engagement strategies Qualifications 5+ years of experience in customer engagement strategy across multiple channels Experience in product marketing or closely related field Proven track record in executing direct-to-consumer behavior change initiatives Strong communication skills, able to influence various levels within the organization Experience in Agile environments, focusing on rapid testing and learning Ability to partner with data and analytics teams for campaign measurement Knowledge of behavioral science principles relevant to customer engagement Benefits Health-related benefits, including medical, vision, and dental coverage 401(k) retirement plan and company paid life insurance Tuition reimbursement for ongoing education and training Minimum of 18 days of paid time off annually Paid holidays and various leave options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
