About the role
This is not a CSM role.
Enterprise sales teams are stuck. Reps are inconsistent. Strategies decay in transit from the CRO’s QBR to the call three weeks later. All incumbent AI tools tell you what happened. Nobody tells you why or actions to accelerate your deal. Zime builds the vertical brain that closes that gap. We encode the enterprise tribal knowledge, GTM nuances and CRO's marching orders into the AI brain - identify behaviors that actually win deals and enable reps just in time. The day a company leaves Gong, do they lose two years of institutional knowledge about how they sell? With Zime, the answer is no. The context graph belongs to the company, not the vendor. You’ll be the person who builds that for US enterprise accounts.
What you'll do
- Owning 3–5 US enterprise accounts: PoCs, implementations & onboardings, QBRs, and CRO relationships.
- Own the commercial relationship: MBRs, expansion conversations, renewal, and the CRO's trust.
- You're accountable for the account growing, not just running smoothly.
- Working closely with the FDE team (Playbook Expert, AI Expert) who builds the brain. You’re the one in the room with the executive.
- Feeding what you learn back into the product. Every deployment makes Zime smarter. You’re part of how that happens.
What we're looking for
- You’ve been the person in the room, not behind it. You have a story about a senior client relationship you owned end-to-end and grew. Not one you supported.
- AI-native. You use Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or equivalent in your actual workflow, not aspirationally.
- You can hold a conversation with a CRO about revenue execution, pipeline quality, and behavior change and earn their trust in the first meeting.
- 3-8 years in client-facing roles: consulting, solutions architecture, CS, or technical account management at a SaaS/AI company
- US-based, authorised to work in the US.
- Comfortable travelling to client sites.
Why this matters
- Every incumbent: Gong, Aviso, Glean builds context. However, all the context and it still doesn’t drive execution. That’s the big gap. Zime is building the context infrastructure layer that sits on top and drives execution: tells you which behaviors are most correlated with your deals moving. Learn from every winning deal. Not a benchmark, a fingerprint.
- You’re not joining a company that has figured everything out. You’re joining a team that is building the category.
