Engage service customers, uncover opportunities to help them sell or upgrade their vehicles, and convert those opportunities into sales—all in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your personality and communication skills directly impact your income.

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with service customers in a friendly, professional way
• Identify opportunities for customers to sell or trade their vehicle
• Start natural, pressure-free conversations about upgrading or purchasing
• Build trust quickly and create a positive, memorable experience
• Use your personality and people skills to influence decisions and close opportunities
• Work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into deals

Requirements

• Energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated personality
• Strong communication skills and confidence talking to anyone
• Natural ability to influence and persuade without being pushy
• Competitive mindset with a desire to maximize income through performance
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required

Pay

$30+ per hour (base + performance incentives) with an aggressive, uncapped bonus structure.
