About the role
The Medication Management Solutions (MMS) business unit within BD is a $2B Global business, with the leading share in Pharmacy Automation and IV Delivery Technology in Acute Care Hospitals, Non-Acute Care, and Retail Pharmacies. Its primary focus is optimizing the medication use process and ensuring patient safety through a portfolio of medical devices, software, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Support customer engagement strategies to support key business and growth objectives.
- Work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
- Demonstrate familiarity with hospital pharmacy and nursing environments.
- Show highly polished writing and editing skills.
- Show strong presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Execute projects with cross-functional teams and meet or exceed deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or relevant field
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience and at least 2 years in a customer facing role with frequent customer interaction
- Demonstrates knowledge of marketing concepts and desire to advance marketing effectiveness
- Demonstrates skills in project management, ability to work with cross functional teams and execute on deadlines that meet or exceed expectations
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
